PV System in the East of Stuttgart

The Solar Center ensures sustainable energy supply through the installation of a PV system in Stuttgart-East.

The Solar Center has installed a solar system with 80 photovoltaic modules on three flat roofs in the east of Stuttgart. The system produces ‘green energy’ and thus supplies two heat pumps, which are responsible for heating and cooling buildings, with sustainable energy. This combination significantly reduces CO2 emissions and increases the energy efficiency of the entire system.

The decision to use flat roofs for the installation optimizes the space in an urban environment where such space often remains unused. In this way, additional renewable energy can be generated without losing valuable space.

Dr. M. Reuter was responsible for the planning and management of the solar installation. Our specialists D. Zifli, E. & E. Elshani and J. Schramm played a key role in implementing the installation. Their dedication was crucial to the successful installation of the modules and the smooth commissioning of the system.
